Can't do any moves anymore

After I bought some credit on level. 5780

, GPA.3353-7491-5570-06276,and went back to the game ,I couldn't do any moves..I still could using bombs

The game froze? That's a problem...

Quit the app, restart it, then ask King for a full refund of the gold. You'll need to tell them how much, so be honest! The problem will be fixed ;)

@claudio4711 from your picture you still had moves , you could make a row of 3 purple candy or mixed the strip and wrapped candy or used bomb. Why could you not make a move ? . if game froze you could not use bombs ? did you try the moves and they would not work?
