It has been more than a week since I changed my cellphone and since then I haven't received any lives or notifications from friends asking for lives and I want to know why this is happening. I've been playing this game for years and this has never happened before.

    Lives received from Facebook friends are notifications sent in Facebook. They're held in your profile and delivered into the game once per notification.

    This means that if you update Facebook, change your profile, reinstall the Facebook app or even update its app software, those Facebook notifications may get lost, as they've been delivered and cleared from the queue. While it is possible to store in-game messages from your friends, due to these factors outside our control, we cannot guarantee that they will remain on your device indefinitely.

    Lives can also be lost through an update to the game, your own device or by restarting your device, which clears a certain amount of memory, depending on your device. We therefore recommend limiting the number of messages and lives that you save; a full mailbox can also affect the functionality of the game.

    Check your app permissions

    When you give an app access to your Facebook account, that access expires after 90-days. Once it passes that date, the app loses access to your account, which may stop it from working as intended.


    You can check which apps are active, expired or have been removed from your account by accessing this link: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications

    If an app is listed as ‘expired,’ it does not have permission to access any of your data, which means your friends list and progress may not sync with the game.

     

    Click ‘Renew Access’ to reactivate the app’s permissions.

    You might also want to check your active app-permissions by clicking the ‘view and edit’ link. If 'Friends list' is not selected, our games will not be able to access your friends, and you will not be able to send messages or receive lives from them.

    Remember, you'll have to do this every 90 days.

    Hi @jusbarbosa ... see if your Facebook account is well associated with your app on the device you are using and also check if your app is up to date .... you can try this procedures out , turn off and reboot your device to enable it to be well effective .... best of luck and enjoy crushing 🥂🍬
