For about 4 weeks, the booster wheel is not working, unable to purchase lives or login to save progress. I have cleared cache, updated app, phone on & off etc. Won’t uninstall /reinstall as I’ll lose saved boosters. It’s not a weak connection.
I have emailed support many times, given my game ID but get an automated response about connecting via Facebook. I don’t use Facebook so it’s not helpful. Any useful ideas?

Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.
Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
If the problem remains the same, you need to follow the steps below.

How to solve this is still to be figured out. Therefore we have no time frame for the fix. Please stay tuned and keep the app up to date to get all fixes as soon as they are released.
