Hello @marthamv and welcome to our wonderful King Community. From your comment it sounds like you have been playing the game thru Facebook and for some reason have lost your account..Are you playing on a mobile device? You should go ahead and create a king.com account and play the next level thru that account and that way your progress will still be saved.

If you are playing on a mobile device go to the opening screen (the example shows for Friends but it is the same for Candy Crush)

Then click on the blue "Played Before" Once you do you will get the sign in screen

If you don't have a king.com account just click on the "sign up with email" button. If you do have one, then click on the "Log in with email" button towards the bottom of the screen. Follow the prompts and you should be all set. 😊

Hi @marthamv so sorry for the discomfort with your Facebook acc affiliated to your game level but am sure you can resolve it if you know your fb acc password ... also you can turn off / reboot your device to get it all cleared up before you start up any login process etc... best of luck and keep crushing 🥂🍬
