My email address and password is not recognized any more even after changing it

hello, since i changed my iPhone from 6s to 7 , I cannot save my levels in other iPhones and I cannot enter my account anymore because it says error of connection, try later! I have been trying since two weeks! Thanks for your reply

If this is the account that you use on the game, then press edit (when you are logged in ) ,type in your password, and see if is correct. Then , you can see your email password and name so you can edit them . Check your email and see if there are any mistakes you made when typing it into your new device. If it still doesn't work, I don't know how to help you.

Since your game is already saved through Kingdom, you will need to log in instead of saving the game to another device.

Hi @bella45 !

If you want to switch from Facebook to your King account, first log out from Facebook in the game and then log in with the King account instead.

If you already tried this, please post a screen shot of the error message that you get when you try to log in.
