This is under investigation and the tech team is doing what they can to find a solution for this.

I have now been unable to connect to my profile for candy crush saga on my android phone for over 2 weeks. I can still play on my PC but nothing is updating on my phone. As well as the screen above I am also seeing the attached screens.
I contacted you previously but you just sent me a link to how to connect via Facebook which has solved nothing. I am now very frustrated. Please can you sort this issue for me as soon as possible. I am stuck on level 7068 on my mobile but am on 7112 on my PC now.

How to solve this is still to be figured out. Therefore we have no time frame for the fix. Please stay tuned and keep the app up to date to get all fixes as soon as they are released.

The problem is still under investigation and you will have to wait for the solution.
However, if you do not have too many booster reserves or no booster, I suggest you reinstall the app. Since the boosters are stored locally in the device memory, the boosters will be lost when you uninstall the app and the boosters will not be refundable.
