I have been stuck on this level for days.. I even bought several gold bars out of frustration to be able to play on with more moves. I finally beat it but now it won’t move past the level. So frustrating as I spent actual money to be able to keep playing and now I’m stuck. King please help!
Hi @dacalzone this sounds frustrating, I've been in your position before but I didn't lose real money, only used up lots of gold bars to purchase extra moves/booster. This is tough issue. But I hope the team member here can solve it. Hope they have a system to track that you've actually completed the level... Good luck and cheers ❤️

Didn’t think to screenshot as I didn’t expect it to happen. I beat the level and as it was finishing popping all the leftover candies, I tapped to skip ahead. Then locked my phone and put I’d down. 10 or 20 min later I opened it back up and it was still on level 515. I KNOW I finished it because I kept using gold bars to finish it and remember feeling so relieved I finally could move onto the next level

Very sorry for ur situation as u have spent money on it. But r u sure the level was clear. As sometimes we tend to be excited and forget a very tiny piece in the jigsaw puzzle. Sometimes the game is stuck at the last moment if that so then again the level is not cleared and u have to do it again.
Let us take help from one of our senior @kiara_wael And see if it can be cleared.

yes I am sure. It was a level where you clear all the jelly. The final jelly was in the bottom right corner and I used a lot of gold bars to continue playing at least 3 times plus won more moves from the wheel. I remember seeing the check mark indicating that I had cleared all the jelly. I must’ve closed my phone before I had exited back to the home page. But I did “tap here to skip” thinking that I had completed the level. I do this quite often when I need to put my phone down and have never not moved onto the next level when I re-open my phone. As I said before, I wish I had a screenshot, but I didn’t think to take one as I’ve never had an issue like this after completing a level. I’ve spent money on this before and it’s quite frustrating knowing that I basically just threw away real money and didn’t actually move ahead like I know I should’ve.

@dacalzone Sorry to here you did not move on from this level. Sometimes if you exit the level to quickly it does not register the level as correct. you always need to make sure that the stars for the level show up and then you exit the level. For purchase you can contact support from your game or contact us at bottom of screen,you will need your game ID for this. they can see you purchases from the last 90 days.

Level 515
This level have normal difficulty and you need to use good technique to complete this level. For this level you should try to break the grill and break timer bomb as soon as possible. Use colorbomb with striped candy combo to break more jellies within less moves. Try to play near to jellies if some remaining to reach the requirement.
