My level was over 3500 and all of sudden it disappeared.

Please email Player Support Team
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on!
It's important that you choose "Problems with my game" as your topic and "Game didn't save" as your subtopic.
If you didn't have the game connected and saved on a King account either, then email Players Support to get the levels restored manually.

@sophiehwangjw Try @kiara_wael advice but if you have any problems, post your game ID and levels you was on and we can pass you details on to our CM. He should be able to help you get your levels restored.
