Can you please add an “Are you sure?” question to buying something with gold? I’m playing on an iPad and was moving through my windows (swiping with 4 fingers) and reached candy crush. I had played earlier that day and the window of no lives was open, now showing all my lives were there again, since it had been a few hours since the last time I played. But in my swipe move, I accidentally tapped “Buy infinite lives”.
I had 5 min of time and 5 lives available and now I spent 69 gold for infinite lives. It took weeks to save that amount of gold and it was spent in half a second. And I can’t even use it. I don’t want infinite lives and even if I did, I don’t have the time to use it this moment. This is really annoying!
@Celliste_M there is an idea in the idea section that needs voting up on getting a confirmation button in place . this is a good idea that many people want. the more votes it gets the more likely it will be implemented

Ouch 😓 @Celliste_M i can imagine such a blink gone of weeks earned golds.... I wish there is a refund to such golds after a review is done confirming you have full lives at the time .... and seen as an obvious error purchase for a refund but as @Freddy said, we need to put in our votes 🗳 to enable the team customize from auto purchase with our saved golds ... best of luck and enjoy crushing 🥂🍬
I advise you to contact the support service in the application, not this one from the community. Explain what happened and ask for a refund. Hopefully you can solve it, here even if you voted for that good idea, I don't think they can solve that error
