I can't connect to the store

Every time I need to connect to the store it keeps trying but never connects. What am I doing wrong

    Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.

    Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

    If the problem remains the same, you need to follow the steps below.

    @mchappy Firstly check you game is up to date and log out and restart your device, log back in and see if this solves your problem

    If not there is an issue with trying to contact store and the lives wheel, info below

    The tech team know of this issue and the cause and are working on it

    How to solve this is still to be figured out. Therefore we have no time frame for the fix. Please stay tuned and keep the app up to date to get all fixes as soon as they are released.
