Multiple accounts

I may have mistakenly created two accounts, how do I check if I have and could I combine them?

Hi and Welcome to our Community

The community account and the game account are completely different, so you can't log in to the game with Community Id.

You must need a PC to sync your Kingdom account with Facebook because the sync process is not possible through the mobile browser.

If both of your accounts belong to the same group (Both Facebook or both Kingdom), you will not be able to sync. If your account is a separate group, ie a Facebook and a Kingdom, then you can sync the game to both accounts.

Meaning 2 different usernames and email addresses? Otherwise, I don't think the system would let you. But I'm sorry, not sure. I hope someone can help you straighten this out.

Hi @rachelmurrow .... a warm welcome . This seems complex to get a resolve , you just need to either maintain the acc as it is or dissolve one acc and use another email on it to enable sync... beat of luck and enjoy crushing 🥂🍭
