Why am I not able to gather gold bars as I have jn the past when I complete a level?

The gold bars that I gad collected are missing and I am not gaining any bars evevn though I have completed a level. This happen last week as well then they reappeared but I lost out for all the levels I had completed.

Hi @TanneT01 are you referring to the Fast Race? If yes, you may email to Help Center/Contact Us and highlight your issue. They are very helpful and I also didn't received the gold bars even though I won the 1st place. But my issue is solved after sending them email. Good luck and continue your candy crushing game 😊
