Lost all boosters

Hi, just transferred to a new iphone 11 (previous iphone 6s) and logged in to Candy Crush app via Facebook. Although I came back to the same level, I lost all my boosters!

any help on that??

Your boosters are still on your old phone and unfortunately can't be transferred. You can ask but don't get your hopes up. Have fun building them back up, it's hard these days.

Sorry that you lost booster

Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that if you delete and reinstall the game, then Boosters can be lost and just saved Levels.

It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play. and save your game in Facebook and King Account.

Hi @polina and welcome to our Community!

I am also a iPhone player and have been able to transfer all Boosters with iCloud or iTunes every time I changed phones.

The Boosters are saved directly on the device, but when you back up the whole phone in iCloud or iTunes, the Boosters will transfer over.

@Crazy Cat Lad thanks for sharing! I used to be iPhone owner and did recall that game progress and etc, can be transferred as long as we sync with iTunes. That was ages, thanks for bringing back those old memories.
