can you explain this to me .. i wander what happen here the candy should match and it didnt..you know i was so disppointed i've been repeating this round over and over again.. i lost my life because of this....i've been playing candy crush for 6 years this is the first time happen

    @kenks1491 Seems like a glitch in the game and apologies for this, but all we can do is report this to the community manager.Hopefully you should get a reply soon, do not know what can be done about this other than replaying the level and waiting for a response

    Hi @kenks1491 and welcome to our Community!

    This is a rare error but can at times happen.

    The only solution is to replay the level.

    If you used any purchases Boosters or Gold Bars on the level, please email Player Support from the game's Settings and Help Center to get the items compensated.
