@Jannybaby62 Sorry to here you did not get your rewards. Fantastic 5 is a new feature and is currently being updated to custom Fantastic five so the game is suffering a few problems. We can only apologize for this
Can you firstly check you game is up to date, log out and restart your device/ log back in and see if this resolves your problem.
