WiFi hiccup

When playing Candy Crush on my iPad, the game doesn’t recognise my WiFi. After a while the game does recognise the signal but sometimes I can play and not get an internet connection at all. This is annoying as I cannot receive bonuses or prizes. Can you explain why this happens? My internet connection is fine. I only have this problem with Candy Crush. Plenty of space left on my iPad.

@daddiofox if you are getting a connection some times and others not, can you firstly check you game is up to date and on the latest version and log out and restart the device, then log back in. See if your problem still exists if it does

Post above the game team are aware of and are trying to find a fix, but there is no time frame as of yet. Please be patient and hopefully your game will be up and running soon

Candy Crush is up to date. I don’t have a password to log in or out and closing the game and restarting it makes no difference. Let’s hope a solution is found soon.

Yes I sometimes get that problem. I’ll keep playing and hoping this problem will be sorted out soon. Thanks for the help.
