Solution to level back ,i have played till 865

hi, i have lost my application coincidentally, but now i’ve installed it from appstore, unfortunately it came from the top. I was wonder if it has any solution the to make the last level back ,i have played till 865 level..

@Ziba62 Post your Game ID on here and level and will pass details to our CM he maybe able to help you get you levels restored manually.

How to find your Game User ID on mobile devices and the Windows app check here and on Facebook like this.

If u were playing with facebook login. Just log in again from facebook and start game and connect to facebook. I hope u will get ur levels back.

Otherwise u may send ur Id as@Freddy_Falkner Told u and our CM can store ur levels manually.

Hi there @Ziba62 did you back up your apps in your pc? if yes, you may be able to restore after you sync it. Otherwise, just get help from our CM for manual restoration... good luck 😊

I'm not sure if you saved the game on Facebook or Kingdom. If you have already saved the game, the game progress will return as soon as you log in to the game app.

If you played the game without an account then connect the game through an account (Facebook or Kingdom) then follow @Freddy_Falkner statement.
