When I recovered my facebook account i was made rejoin as a new player level 1 why?

@noddys If same facebook account not sure why this happened but see post below with help with your problem. If this does not help let me know your game ID and level and i will pass on the the CM who maybe able to get your levels manually restored

If you have the game Facebook connected, don't forget to make sure that the game app access is active since this permission will automatically expire from time to time.
