Can't use my gold bars and can't access candy shop. It's just loading and never opening?

Hi @frankcandy a warm welcome... this can be due to network sync issue , also see if your Game app Is updated , refresh page or probably reboot device to see if it’s ok... am gonna tag up some of the community pro to help out @Freddy_Falkner @kiara_bogaard enjoy crushing 🥂🍭

Firstly Check game is up to date, log out and restart your device, log back in. see if problem still persists. if it does you will have problem in post below

Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.
Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
If the problem remains the same, you need to follow the steps below.
