Hi @Be4npole8 I'm guessing you are sharing device with another person when playing games? If yes, please log out from that profile and sign back your own profile and make sure it's from your same FB account. If FB account is under Carol, please sign her out as well. Got to sign out all account of Carol and sign in with your own name, so your game in these devices are properly sync. Hope this helps.
