Hi!

I have a question :

Why , when I am watching the video of game Candy Crush Saga level 7219, I noticed that here 32 moves but I have 25 moves?

I cannot pass level 7219 for 25 moves, I stuck because it is impossible- not enough moves, no benefits, even twice I didn’t receive benefits for Fantastic 5.

In addition, I cannot play on my mobile devices because I always ahead on my laptop W 10,

now I am playing level 7219, on my mobile devices last level is 7190.

Why you don’t worry about players like me?

I love Candy crush saga and I play a long  time, more than 5 years, and , honestly, I never play for money, I only use my brain and my experience .

I hope, we will change your mind, and will start worrying about players like me.

Extra levels are always available on the Windows 10 platform, and there are currently 90 additional levels compared to other platforms. Game Studio collects feedback from players through these additional levels and modifies those levels before releasing them on other platforms if any modifications or changes are needed.

Hi @Okta .

I am very sorry to hear that but F5 since few days are having some issues as sometimes the graphic view is showing 7000. But in actual it is not. With me also happened and then i cleared 5-6 more levels then earned rewards.

But issue is already known and work is going on. Hoping that it will fix soon.

Very clearly and easy for understanding was your answer .

I have two choices:

• stop playing game on my laptop (W 10) and wait new levels on my mobile devices then continue playing game;

• continue playing only on my laptop (W 10) which one I am not enjoying because my laptop is not touchscreen.

I am playing the game on Windows 10 app and I am sure it is the best platform for the game. However, you need to use an extra mouse because the game is very difficult to play with the laptop's inbuilt mouse.😊

No moves I did. What is wrong with this level?

I have new one:

3 times I reached 7.000 points on Fantastic 5 and didn’t receive sweet rewards how it was promise to me, I really earned those points, where they disappeared?

I am playing Candu Crush saga only on my laptop (W 10), because I don’t have the other choice- I am playing level 7229, on my mobile devices last level is 7190, on laptop I don’t have benefits for passing hard levels. Why?

Who and when will fix level 7229?

All day passes I cannot play game.

Please, fix it.
