Having problems with profile photo

Hi. I keep sending emails but not getting much help. I have logged in with Facebook which works but my profile picture isn't loading up. I have logged out and back in again. Have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it but still not loading.

Actually since the last update the profile picture issue is not solved yet. But it is hot issue now and work is on going. I hope it will be solved soon.

I had such a problem but got the solution through uninstalling the app.

Have you restarted the device and checked again?
