The problem has already been reported and work is under way to fix it. We have no information about when the problem will be solved but by reinstalling the application you will now get the solution but you will lose all stored boosters.
@kiara_wael Heya! I have this problem but it’s with a different game. The game is called BubbleWitch3. When I tap ‘profile’ it says not connection’ makes no sense as I have a strong internet connection. I don’t play the game anymore.
