@marjarm .If you signed in with a king or facebook account just resign in with one of those and your levels should sync. If you have any problems post your game ID and level and i will pass on to the CM and see if he can manually restore your levels

Hi @marjarm if you have backed up your game in iTunes, should be able to retrieve your progress after you sync it with your new device provided the last backup is recent. Otherwise, you may also log in your FB or King acc once you install the game onto your new iPad if your backup is not up to date, but make sure your game progress in FB or King acc are same before your iPad crash. If all fails, pls message our CM @Crazy Cat Lad for manual restoration.
