@sallyniehaus I am very sorry your having problem with a purchases, but can you tell me in more detail what your problem is. If its related to not receiving a purchase or a refund i am sorry but the community does not deal with purchases. see post below for help with this

@sallyniehaus How can we help if you are not describing your problem. All we have stated is we do not deal with purchases that is for customer support. Sorry but if you want help we need to know your issue

@sallyniehaus I don't think we are able to extend credit to players to enable them to purchase boosters. I advise you to stop playing the game if it entices you to spend more. Save up for better use. 🙌🏻

At the moment there is no credit policy. But u try here in the community and take part in contests and if u r lucky u can win gold bars.
