Thanks for tagging me @Sukanta_Biswas. I played that level yesterday and had no trouble clearing it on mobile. I'm sure it was my iPad because I don't like playing on my phone. Too small to see so I usually use my iPad for the games. I just played it on my computer and cleared it.

Dont worry we will not leave this without any solution i am waiting @Sukanta_Biswas . As he is little busy but i know he will also not leave this issue like this.
Our CM will also be available tomorrow and i hope we will solve this mystery.

I've done what you suggested and also rebooted several times to no avail. I'm still hoping.
I've asked King's not helpful customer care department to send the fix or update but I've only gotten the generic advice in return (look at videos etc.). My last Candy Crush update was maybe two weeks ago.
