Events not showing up
Hi King, I play candy crush on my phone, and a few months ago fun events stopped showing up, when I go into the play store it shows what events are running at the moment, music boxes, dexter space race..ect but none are showing up in the app except build-a-bot and fantastic five, I kept hoping it would fix its self but it hasn't, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but all that did was lose all my boosters which I kinda figured would happen(still mad at myself for that), Is there anything you can do to fix this? its super annoying not being able to play the events anymore. (unrelated but thank you for the week of unlimited lives it was so nice of you)

@SourFruit Hi and welcome, Not everybody gets every feature. Some features belong to different test groups of randomly selected people. So if you do not have a certain feature just means your not in that group at present, but you could be in the future. Some features could also be missing due to temporary problems.
To make sure your getting all available features make sure game is up to date and log out and restart your device. Then log back in.

Its been about 4 months since this started, (if I sound angry I'm sorry this is just really starting to get on my nerves) I have logged out and restarted my device several times, I also check play store daily for updates.

@SourFruit No need to apologize, but as said nobody gets all the features in the game. If you have done update etc you are getting all features available to you. You can not be in those test groups at present. Like say there is video ads, i do not get this feature, purely means i am not in that group of randomly selected people.

@SourFruit your welcome and Dexters challenge is a weekly contest that runs from thur to sun, so this can appear to you anytime if you are in the selected group

Hi @SourFruit thank you for your feedback, as being told, the events you mentioned didn't show up in your phone is simply because you are not part of the test group to enjoy the said feature. So don't be surprised if it didn't show up after a long wait, but I do hope you will get pick as a test group for different feature/new event 😊.
Meanwhile, pls enjoy other features in the game.
