Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.
Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
If the problem remains the same, you need to follow the steps below.

Hi @Minaalavi I do have the same experience.
Log out from your game from all acc.
Clear some space in your phone if the storage is limited after you clear cache but be careful not to clear game data.
Reboot/restart your device.
If you shutdown instead of rebooting, make sure to wait for at least 10 sec before turning it back on.
Sign in your game as usual. Hope all features in the game is restored.
