@Ingiux All you can do in this case is contact support services from your game or the contact us at bottom of page but you will need your game ID for this and explain this. You never know you may get lucky. Hope this helps

Hi there @Ingiux There is a problem with the graph, which the game team are working on. Your total team scores doesn't add up to 5,490 as per your screen shot score if you calculate it manually. However, your team score are still being added in the background if they continue playing. Once your team reaches the said milestone, hopefully you will receive the rewards if it is still within the time limit.
