I joined a team in candy crush and now have lost all other friends.
I would like to get my old friends back and would hopefully be able to get their gifts back. Why did I lose all my friends just because I joined a team? I have all my gifts from friends on the team but nothing else. I have tried to turn off my fantastic five but it hasn’t made a difference.

Very warm welcome to the community. Its a facebook issue. Actually currently this issue has been already reported and we r hoping soon it will start working properly.

Hi @robyn828 are you referring to joining new team of F5 and losing your previous F5 team members, which mostly your friends?
If yes, pls leave your current team and get your friends to invite you to join back the F5 Team, refer to screenshot below. You may need to tell your friends earlier before your spot is filled up by another friend of yours.

At the moment there is a problem with Facebook and the cause of your problem may be from Facebook problem.

@robyn828 Can you explain in a little more detail as not quite understanding our problem. Do you mean that you was on a previous Fantastic 5 team and you have joined another but you want to leave it and go back to the old team or system of random teams or is it an issue with your friends not showing blank or spinning avatars. as there of a couple of issues.

I was not a member of any fantastic 5 team then I accepted an invitation and now only have friends in the game who are on the team. I have lost all other fiends. I also lost all the lives these other friends sent me. I have tried to send lives to other friends using the search and it will not find them. I have logged out of Facebook and then reconnected but no change. Thanks.

@robyn828 The cause of this is a problem with Facebook and as it is a Facebook problem we have no idea on a timescale for a fix.for this. It is for them to sort out as this is happening with other games not just kings. Post below explains the problem and the reason you cannot see your friends and when fixed your friends should show again

Hi there... I used to be part of a great team.... but 2 weeks ago you guys did some kind of reset, and I lost my team....I’ve tried joining other teams.... bu5 it’s just terrible... 4 players that don’t play!!!
can I get my old team back please.
