Normally your episode should have been unlocked after the end of Tooth Fairy's countdown time. Since this did not happen, you have to unlock the episode manually through CM.

You can wait for our CM or contact me via personal message.

@TK15 Guess your playing the game on king.com and as sukanta has said the CM can manually unlock this for you but you would be better of if you could play through Facebook or windows 10 app as all episodes are already unlocked and you will not encounter this problem again.

I know for some this is not possible but is only a suggestion. Hope this helps
