My iPad recently crashed and I had to re-install a Candy crush. After playing for years and being in the 4000 level range, I had a lot of boosters saved up. Even though I logged back in, I have lost all of my boosters :(
Hi @orthobrett boosters and stored lives are saved locally on the device (so you can use them offline) and not on King server like progress and gold bars. If the app gets uninstalled and then reinstalled or if you change device boosters will be lost unfortunately

In the case of mobile devices all Boosters are stored on the device itself. because of this If your game is deleted or you change devices, you lose any stored boosters and lives you had stored in the game. Unfortunately there is no way of returning your boosters to the game
Any purchased boosters you would need to contact customer support from your game
This is quite unfortunate and a bitter accident which we have to accept. As told above by pitty kitty and freddy there is no way it can come back. So time to move on. I will just encourage u that a good player like u will surely get more boosters from the game.

The following events will mean your Boosters cannot be recovered or replaced.
You started playing on a new device
Boosters cannot be transferred between devices, so we'd recommend you use as many as possible on your old device, before picking up your progress in the game on your new one.
You deleted, uninstalled or reinstalled the game
These steps involve deleting the data where your Boosters are saved. This is irreversible and your items cannot be recovered. When applying an update, it's important to use the 'Update' option when available in the App Store, and not remove and reinstall the game.
You use an Android device and have cleared the 'App Data'
This is irreversible and therefore your items cannot be recovered.

It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play. and save your game in Facebook and King Account.
In the case Phone, your collected booster is stored in phone memory. This stored booster can not be synced with the server, because the game studio still does not have this process.You will not be able to transfer the boosters to another device, you will lose the complete booster for app uninstalling or crashing.
Since boosters are stored locally on device memory, we cannot guarantee that your boosters are secure.
Also you can try this steps below.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.
