@alielhouni This is a known issue and unfortunately at present there is no fix for this. We do not have a time frame for this to be fixed as it is a complex issue.
In the meantime can you check these steps
Check for game update, log out and restart you device and log back in. If your problem still persists it will be problem desribed above

Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.
Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
If the problem remains the same, you need to follow the steps below.
