I have a Facebook account that I want to delete but I want to save my progress to my King account. I'm searching these boards to figure out how to do it and someone said I need to go to King.com/games and log in. So I enter the login information from my king community account and it says this account doesn't exist. like what? Are log ins for King.com and the king community different? And if so, how do I make a king.com account? There is only a box to log in, not sign up?

What is a King account?
The King account allows you to play with other active players!
It gives you the same social opportunities to players that don’t have a Facebook account or do not want to connect it to our games. You can get extra lives, extra moves and get help to unlock new episodes from other King connected players.
If you save your game to your King account, you can use it to synchronize your progress across different devices. This way you can easily put your phone or tablet down and continue to play on another, right where you left off!
You can also customize your profile, change your in-game name and set a profile picture to make it feel more personal.
When you connect to, you'll be able to add other players with a King account to your game and you will see them on your map. It's completely anonymous and the only information that the other players can see is your scores, profile picture and nickname, and vice versa.
How do I create a King account?
Creating a King account couldn't be easier:
Don't forget to save your email and password, because if you don't save your profile you won't be able to recover it in future!
You now have a safe and secure King account with all your progress backed up. You'll see fellow King players on your game map who'll be happy to help out if you ask for extra lives.

And then
Once this sync process is complete, you can block your Facebook.
Kingdom's Account and King Community's Account not same 😊

2 · 2Helpful Woah! Sweet Love HahaI have two Facebook accounts, therefore I have two separate King accounts. I got the first account linked, logged out and tried to link the second Facebook account to the second king account and it's grabbing information from my first account 😭😭

If you are still having issues getting you game to sync to your king account The one you want to keep and use. post your game ID and the Level you are currently on and will pass to the CM he maybe able to help get your level manually restored. but you would only get your level restored there would be no scores etc
