My app keeps crashing

Hi,

My app suddenly cutoff all the “events” (the race to finish for gold bars, the planets, the beanstalk) and then mid-game it began crashing. I would be halfway through a level and the app would close. When I reopened the app, I would lose a life for not completing the level.

I always keep my app up-to-date, so I’m not sure how I can resolve this problem on my own. Thanks for your help!

Here are some tips for not/less facing this kind of problem in the future,

Make your device software auto update.

Make your game app auto update.

Don't open game when battery below 25%

Don't accept incoming call when you playing this game.

Close all background running app before start this game.

Make free device internal memory up to 2 GB

Keep RAM free.
