I'm not sure how much Apple account can help you to save the game progress and in my opinion the best way to save the game via Facebook or Kingdom.
Let me know your game ID by connecting the game with a Facebook or Kingdom account.
Our CM will reset your game progress and manually take you to your level.

0 · Helpful Woah! Sweet Love HahaI tried what others said and attempted to connect via Facebook. THe same thing happened and I ended up on level 6 on my iPad. However it also took away almost 100 levels I had gotten thru!! Instead of the level 1427 I was on, it put me back to 1356 on my phone! So thanks for your advice...not! I also tried logging in with my king account and syncing, and the SAME thing happens. Goes to level 6 on my iPad. Now I’m stuck at 1356 on my phone. For some reason I now have a different game ID as well. Instead of he ID I had in my first post, it’s now 907272786132. Is there an email address I can use to contact someone who can actually help? Thanks.

0 · Helpful Woah! Sweet Love Haha@CandyCrusher46 your welcome but if you have any problems come back to us. Our CM should be able to manually restore your levels to your Phone game ID and then if you unistall app on ipad and log in with same phone log in details they should sync.

Have you made sure the game is connected to the same account as on your phone?
If the levels to 1427 on your phone is saved on a King or Facebook account you will need to use the same account on your iPad.
If the game wasn't saved on your Apple account on your phone, then you can't use that one on your iPad to sync over the levels.
