@lainy2521 Booster wheel is still in the game but is a test feature so may not always be present in your game, it can also be missing due to temporary problems. Would try @kiara_wael tips above as i have this feature in my windows 10 app but my facebook app it is now missing also

I’ve always had it on my phone through Facebook. It’s within the past week it disappeared. I’ve done everything mentioned but still no luck.

The extra spin feature belongs to the T test group so we can't say for sure you will always find this feature in your game. Sometimes such features may be missing in the game due to temporary problems and then it returns to the game normally.

@lainy2521 As explained there is nothing you can do regarding this .As its a test feature your not always guaranteed to have it

all test features are groups of random picked people and nobody gets all the features available. Also it may have been disappeared due a temporary problem, but again if you have done all the steps nothing can be done until a fix is implemented and if fixed your not guaranteed to get it again as its a test feature.

You can contact customer support from your game or the contact us at bottom of page, for this you will need your game ID

Hi, may be the "Win Moves" free spin is not time yet and could be blocked by the notification requesting you to buy more gold bar to continue playing. This is just my theory. Perhaps try to beat the level again after you gain all your full lives. If you need more live but didn't receive any from friend, move on to play in your FB account as it will give you full lives. You will get 5 full lives each time you log in the game in FB through different browser.
