Hello,
I'd like an explanation here. I was on level 2109 IN THE MIDDLE OF A GAME this morning, and ccs just basically rebooted itself. When it finally brought back to the map, NOT TO THE EXACT PLACE I WAS IN MY GAME, I saw that I had not only LOST THAT LIFE, BUT I ALSO LOST THE 2 SWITCH HANDS I had in my stock!!! 😠😡😤 WHAT'S GOING ON WITH THAT? AND WHEN WILL I BE COMPENSATED FOR THE LIFE & THE 2 HANDS???

In the case Phone, your collected booster is stored in phone memory. This stored booster can not be synced with the server, because the game studio still does not have this process. You will not be able to transfer the boosters to another device, you will lose the complete booster for app uninstalling or crashing.
Since boosters are stored locally on device memory, we cannot guarantee that your boosters are secure and according to your statement, you had such a problem because your game app crashed.
Here are some tips for not/less facing this kind of problem in the future,
Make your device software auto update.
Make your game app auto update.
Don't open game when battery below 25%
Don't accept incoming call when you playing this game.
Close all background running app before start this game.
Make free device internal memory up to 2 GB
Keep RAM free.
However, Please check here.
Hi @CarliA !
When an app crashes it can be caused by many issues on the device, but it's usually the device and not the app that is causing the issue.
For best game play please make sure your RAM is at least 1 GB on the device and that you have at least 2 GB of free memory left.
The OS needs to be Android 4.4.4 or later or iOS 8 or later version.
Force close all apps and restart the device at least once a week helps also to keep the device running smoothly and stable.
