I'm connected to Facebook, my game progress is saved, BUT my profile picture is missing or Pink Blob

Hi all,

For the first two years I played Candy Crush, I was always connected to Facebook and my profile pic showed just fine. However, as of two weeks ago, my profile pic is missing or is the Pink Blob character. I have logged out of Candy Crush, logged out of Facebook, turned off my phone, tried a lot of things but nothing works. The good news is is that my progress is saved still.

Any suggestions are welcome.

@tmkendall Hi and welcome This is a Facebook issue that is happening to many. Due to it being a facebook issue we have no time frame on a fix. see post below

As Freddy has already said this is a Facebook problem and probably the Facebook team will solve this problem so we don't have an exact info when this problem will be solved.

I also had this problem and I got the solution through app reinstall. Since there was no stored booster in my game, So I followed that way.🤣I'll request you to wait since you can't find any problems without blank Avatar.

Welcome to the community.

As explained above that this is facebook issue and we are all waiting it to be fixed. I have boosters with me so i m waiting for it to be resolved. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.
