Can you help me with ‘unable to contact server’ issues on level 2908 please ?

Hi , I’ve been having problems on level 2908 now for a week, I am unable to spin the candy wheel, try for extra moves or use the candy store as everything looks like it’s trying to load /spin but then comes up with a message that it’s unable to cone to server. I Am playing iPad 5.

I’ve already Tried the obvious things like turning the power off and restarting it multiple times, my iPad updates are all up to date and I’m using the most recent version of candy crush . I’ve been trying now for a week , hoping it was an error that would get resolved remotely , but unfortunately not.

Ive been stuck on this level all week and getting bored especially with no extra free boosters to gain from the wheel.

Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.

Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

If the problem remains the same, you need to follow the steps below.

Level 2908

This level has hard difficulty. For this level try to play from bottom part of the board and make special candy. Combine them with each other or play near to jellies or use striped candy to move the ingredients and take them out from the board.

@Rls88 The issue you are describing with the booster wheel and candy shop is an issue the game team are working on for a fix. It a complex issue so they have no time frame on a fix for this at present. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

In the meantime @kiara_wael video should give you some hints and tips on completing this level hopefully without the need for the extra features

Your problem was probably temporary or slow internet may be the cause of this problem. However you found the problem only at that level or there are similar problems in other cases?

Can you access the Daily Booster wheel?
