Hello, this is the second time that someone gives me a life and when '' I pick it up'' doesn't sum on my life count. Help

@Estefani333 You can only accept life if your life counter is less that 5 lives if you accept any lives when you have a full bank of lives they will not be counted. So if you max lives is 5 you should not accept, if you have 4 lives accept one.etc

Hi, you only accept lives from friends if you used up all or part of the 5 lives cos this is the maximum lives given to each player. Accepting extra lives won't be added to this max lives.
However, if you complete an episode with golden or diamond trophy, you will earn extra 1 life on top of your 5 lives in the next episode.

Welcome dear. I hope with above solution provided it helped u. But if u r trying to add up and it is not adding up in this case ur gifted life should remain with u. Which u can use any time when ur lives are lesser than normal. But if u r losing the gifted life as well and not increasing the sum. Then try to update ur game application and inform us if not solved.
