Missing friends

For over a week my Facebook friends list has gone from over 40 to 7. My husband has the same problem. I haven’t been anywhere or changed anything. Is this a known problem? I really don’t want to reinstall the App and lose bonuses and then it doesn’t work!

Please help!

Hi Corrine. Please also refer to the article below. Generally, it is a technical issue which is still being fixed and there is no time frame for it. You may continue to play as usual as the game is working correctly. You may be able to see your friend list back to normal as soon as the issue has been fixed.

@Corinne1717 Hi and welcome to the community.

Please do not uninstall the app as this will not solve your problem @kiara_wael advice on checking Facebook settings need to be done first and if no issues with this, then you will have the problem with the spinning avatars. This is a Facebook issue and is happening with many games not just kings and is causing a few issues. As it is a Facebook issue we do not have a time frame on a fix for it., but hopefully it will be resolved soon

The connection to facebook is often shown in the app, but this is sometimes incorrect. Just try to log out of facebook in the game and then reconnect. That has fixed the bug for me many times.
