Hi there, this may be due to internet connectivity issue i.e. unstable or poor connection. If you're playing on mobile, log out from game, clear cache/ space (NOT data), check for updates, update up if need to, restart device, log back in as usual.

Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.
Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
If the problem remains the same, you need to follow the steps below.

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!
I am hoping you are talking about the store in the game for you to buy extra moves / lives, etc!
If so, yes! There has been an issue with the "connection to the store", it is under investigation. Here is the main link for you to check (click on the Green letters) ---> Store NOT loading
Please head to that main thread and post your game user ID number like it asks in the main opening post. To post your ID number, you will have to scroll all the way down to find an empty comment box (like below) and post your comment there.
