Are you on a mobile device or on a PC? If you are on mobile, "missing profile picture" is a common issue that has been occurring for many players from past few weeks. Please read more about it here ---> My Profile Picture is Missing
With regards to Fantastic 5 ---> What do you mean by you are stuck? Can you please explain a bit more about the issue? Also, a screenshot would help too!

For some mobile players the avatar is no longer showing up or load properly and/ or many friends no longer appear in the game:
We are waiting to get this fixed as soon as possible, but at this moment we have no time frame for when all is back to normal.
Meanwhile:
On mobile you can continue playing as usual even though the avatar is not shown. The game is working correctly besides the missing avatar.
and make sure Updated your App to the last Update
@Denise_Howard Check you game for an update and log out and restart your device, log back in see if your problem still exists.
If it does you probably have the Facebook profile problem. Due to this being a Facebook issue we have no time frame on a fix.
