Level 2
I had to change my phone.
I know that after a player changes the phone, he looses all his saved lives and boosters.
But Candy Crush had also promised that "If the player is connected to Facebook, his completed levels will *not be lost.*
I completed 7010 levels. And now after changing my phone, I have been dropped down to level 4236.
After taking so much effort to complete so many levels, it is really depressing to see that you have been cheated.
Now I have only 2 options left -
1) Either you restore my levels and I continue playing.
2) Or I simply *UNINSTALL* the game.
The decision is yours.
Hi there, please go through the steps first provided by our Kiara earlier and let us know the outcome before we pass this to our CM.
Meanwhile, if you still have your old device, I recommend that you continue playing where you left off provided you have not uninstalled it and connected to internet. Log out from this device before continue playing in your new device to ensure that the progress is sync when you play in the new device.
Since boosters are stored locally on your old phone, please utilise all of them to help you level up before syncing your progress with new phone.
Going forward, please backup your old device data before transferring to new device, including games. This may help you restore some of the data when it is being installed in the new device.

@Ketan_Samant Hi and welcome sorry to here you have encountered this issue. please see post below for help with this issue.
If all these steps fail. please post your Game ID and level you were on and i will pass these detail to the CM and he maybe able to help you get your levels manually restored

Please make sure that the game is properly connected to your Facebook or King account on your old device so all levels get backed up.
You can also disconnect the account and reconnect to make sure it's connected.
Then reinstall the app on your new device and connect the game to your Facebook or King account.
If the progress still doesn't show up, please email Player Support from the game on your new device. Go to Settings and Help Center to send an email.
