@SharonDennis28 HI, The issue you are having is a problem with Facebook which is causing various problems with the game. The issue is a Facebook issue and due to this we have no time frame for a fix. It is also effecting other games not just king games. @kiara_wael has provided some links if you wish to try other ways of connecting the game.
Hopefully this issue will me resolved soon and you can get back to you game
I have the problem on all devices too, but only with Cndy Crush Saga. For all other games on Facebook from me, the avatar is fine. Just helps wait until it works again

For some mobile players the avatar is no longer showing up or load properly and/ or many friends no longer appear in the game:
We are waiting to get this fixed as soon as possible, but at this moment we have no time frame for when all is back to normal.
Meanwhile:
On mobile you can continue playing as usual even though the avatar is not shown. The game is working correctly besides the missing avatar.
