Are you on a mobile device or on a PC? If you are on mobile, "missing profile picture" is a common issue that has been occurring for many players from past few weeks. Please read more about it here --->ย My Profile Picture is Missing

@Janine0505 There is a problem with the avatars not loading or just spinning. As this is a Facebook problem we have no idea of a time scale of a fix. It is also causing other issues with the game. Please see post below
