Why is my Candy Crush Saga profile picture always loading?
Though I can play the game I would like to see my profile picture but the profile picture is loading. My internet seems fine and I tried reinstalling the app but it's still loading. By the way I am using a laptop normally but it is still the same on any gadget I sign in and I am using facebook as the sign in method. TIA and godbless.

@jhe2zxc This is happening for many many people. you can go through a lot of post regarding this profile problem. Is your boyfriends account a king account or a Facebook account as this is only affecting the Facebook users. Due to this being a Facebook problem we have no idea on a fix time.

Welcome to the community. The problem of facebook is still going on. But some players started it getting back their profile pic. I also today get it correct pic. So i am hopeful that soon it will be ok for everyone. But we cant give exact tims frame.

I'll just wait for it to be fixed knowing it isn't only me experiencing this thing. My boyfriend didn't get this errors whilst using Facebook log in that's why I'm finding solution from the net but no worries now that I know I'm not the only one. Thank you again and God Bless. 😘🙏
