    Please connect the game with a new Facebook or Kingdom account then follow the next steps.

    Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on! 

    It's important that you choose "Problems with my game" as your topic and "Game didn't save" as your subtopic. 

    I hope you're back on track really soon!

    Yes! You should new email and password on Facebook / King Account first, after you connected your new Facebook / King Account, then You make sure to to click on "Contact Us" first (on bottom of the page). After that, you make sure write your full name, email address (but you make sure to type confirm new email address as well) , choose Candy Crush Saga and your platform then topic is "Problems with my Game" and subtopic is "Game didn't save". (Just like @sameeksha has answered you) Finally you asked them these problems and what's your current level on after this problem if you remember and send your game ID (How to find your Game ID). You should wait for Community Team will answer and help you to restore your current level. (but it taken longer) 😊

    By the way, we hope their team will help you to restore your current level but unfortunately they cannot help you to return your boosters back (except you have purchased boosters/gold bars) on this game.

    @alex1606kersey You will need to check your spam folder in your emails incase your confirmation email has been sent to there this happens quite often. once registered you should be able to log in or change your password then. if you can find this this is the easiest way of activating your account. if you cannot locate this mail then you will need to contact support from the contact us at bottom of page

    Sorry but i only have one more question that i had 2000 levels now and if i log out. Am i goin to lose all of my levels?? Just little confused.

    When you log out your Facebook/King Account while while your current level is lev el 2000+, unfortunately you are back to level 1. 😔

    If you are offline while have connected with Facebook/King Account, you are still on your current level but cannot save your progress (if you transfer to play with new/another device, that means you are still on your previous current level (current save previous progress) with online playing).

    So have you asked your current level and send your new game ID (new Facebook/King Account) to restore your level on Contact Us already when you sign up new email address? 🤔

    If haven't, you can ask again to follow up my previous reply here 👆 on Contact Us again but you should wait for Community Team will help you to restore your level longer.

    Yes! Very sorry! 😔

    Except you are offline while still haven't log out, you are still your current level. 😊

    So when you can login to current account, you can still save on your current level but you lose all of the boosters and events will be reset or gone.

    You may have used the wrong email when creating your account, or the email you typed when changing your password is incorrect. If this happens you will not be able to recover your account, but we will be able to return your levels to you manually.

    Please follow the steps below.

    1. Uninstall and then Reinstall the game app.
    2. Create a new Kingdom Account and connect the game.
    3. Let me know your game Id when the Kingdom is connected to your game.

    Here's how to create a Kingdom account.




    Have you passed 1000 levels in Candy Crush Saga?

    @alex1606kersey if you delete your game and go back to level1 @Sukanta_Biswas can get your game ID from you and the level you was on and they can manually restore you to the correct level. So you will not lose any progress, you just need to have a working account.
