Hi Alex, you just need to click on the "forgot password" and the password reset will be sent to the email. Make sure the password you entered your screenshot is tie to the correct email because I believe each of us have multiple emails for different purpose. So make sure password entered is for the correct email. Cheers 😊🍭
Then sign in to the so called email and check for any email received from King that confirmed your registration when you first registered it. If you didn't find such email, most probably that email account is not registered with King and you have to sign in your other email to look for it. To filter such email from King, simple key in "King", "customer support" or "No-reply" in your search button.
This is one of the ways to track which account you use to sign up with King. That's how I normally do because I have tendency to forget the email I use to register for King account.

Please connect the game with a new Facebook or Kingdom account then follow the next steps.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on!
It's important that you choose "Problems with my game" as your topic and "Game didn't save" as your subtopic.

Yes! You should new email and password on Facebook / King Account first, after you connected your new Facebook / King Account, then You make sure to to click on "Contact Us" first (on bottom of the page). After that, you make sure write your full name, email address (but you make sure to type confirm new email address as well) , choose Candy Crush Saga and your platform then topic is "Problems with my Game" and subtopic is "Game didn't save". (Just like @sameeksha has answered you) Finally you asked them these problems and what's your current level on after this problem if you remember and send your game ID (How to find your Game ID). You should wait for Community Team will answer and help you to restore your current level. (but it taken longer) 😊
By the way, we hope their team will help you to restore your current level but unfortunately they cannot help you to return your boosters back (except you have purchased boosters/gold bars) on this game.

@alex1606kersey You will need to check your spam folder in your emails incase your confirmation email has been sent to there this happens quite often. once registered you should be able to log in or change your password then. if you can find this this is the easiest way of activating your account. if you cannot locate this mail then you will need to contact support from the contact us at bottom of page
