@lbryan Hi and welcome, Unfortunately the boosters on mobile devices are stored on the device itself. So if you have to reset your phone, uninstall game or change phone all boosters are lost and are not recoverable. Best not to store to many boosters on your device

In the case Phone, your collected booster is stored in phone memory. This stored booster can not be synced with the server, because the game studio still does not have this process.You will not be able to transfer the boosters to another device, you will lose the complete booster for app uninstalling or crashing.
Since boosters are stored locally on device memory, we cannot guarantee that your boosters are secure.

Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that if you delete and reinstall the game, then Boosters can be lost and just saved Levels.
It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play. and save your game in Facebook and King Account.

I am very sorry for ur loss. I hope all the answers above by my seniors must have helped. I would just like to add that if the boosters are gathered by winning free from the game then i fear it is irreversible however if it is purchased then u need to contact support staff and i am sure it can be helpful. Plz. Check the below screenshot.
Hi there 👋 as mentioned by our fellow members here, lost boosters are usually not recoverable unless it was bought and NOT used. If you recently purchased some of these booster and haven't use it, I advise you to contact our Support team 👉️ https://soporto.king.com/contact immediately. Otherwise, you just have to continue playing and level up to earn back those boosters...

I have not uninstalled/reinstalled my mobile game in over 3 three years. Problems that I have had with the Candy Crush game seem to fix themselves. I do clear my cache. Unfortunately in the near future I am going to have to get a new phone. I have a lot of boosters. Putting it off at the time!
